Achieving the target colour is a manual and time-consuming process that relies on a complex combination of production parameters and depends on the technicians' expertise in selecting materials and quantities. To improve the colour acceptance and adjustment processes, Fraunhofer AICOS has developed an AI-based application that offers lab technicians digital tools to optimise the whole process.
