Cognitive Food and Agriculture

The cognitive food industry and so-called “smart farming” have great market potential if the entire value chain is considered. Challenges such as food shortages, water stress and the traceability of the food chain require a focus on sustainability issues such as animal welfare, biodiversity and regenerative agriculture. Digital technologies and software can contribute to solutions.
