Data Ecosystems Day – a review
It was a pleasure to welcome 400 participants to our Data Ecosystems Day: an exciting day with top-class panel discussions and keynotes, compact pitches and interactive breakout sessions.
On Data Ecosystems Day on November 26, 2020, the developers of the Fraunhofer Cluster of Excellence Cognitive Internet Technologies, the Fraunhofer ICT Group and the International Date Spaces Association presented and explained the components that enable the participation in trustworthy and sovereign data ecosystems, how the certification of participants in data ecosystems, which is now possible, works, IDS-based data ecosystems that are successfully in operation and the role of IDS in the European cloud infrastructure GAIA-X.
